 more exploring, walks, pretty views, kissing chester,playing with friends, exploring some more, trees, home and running to grandpa at the airport (it was pretty cute).

thought it was time i loaded some photos of my trip to canada last month before i head up there again in a weeks time. my parents house sold, so josh, finn, moose and i are driving up there for a couple of weeks to help my mom pack up and move out. so here are a few favorites from my iphone.

i have had a very quiet weekend. after my phone fell in the toilet friday afternoon it is taking a weekend “vacation” in a bag of rice. the positive to this is that it forced me to take my SLR camera to Micke Grove zoo, a little family outing i have been looking forward to for a while now. finn’s first trip to the zoo, and my first in a while (first in california). it was a really fun day, finn enjoyed seeing the animals, he especially loved watching the monkeys, and the koi fish in the japanese gardens. due to the convenience of the iphone and my attachment to instagram, i very seldom pick up my SLR camera anymore….so i am a little rusty, but it was fun to play with it again.

(I watched Clara one morning this week, and this happened out of the blue! i had my phone out because i was trying to capture Clara carrying two sippy cups, and then captured this…very precious, one we will show them when they think each other has cooties…that will be a sad day, i hope it NEVER EVER happens).

this morning i picked up my beautiful friend Laura from the train station. she is visiting us from Canada for a few days over easter. (side note…we realised last night that we have had a visitor staying with us every easter for the past 4 years! how awesome is that! i LOVE visitors, and i think i like this as a tradition…hint hint…). So blessed to have this beautiful woman as my friend, we met in Canada through church and ended up working together, making jewelry, and shared many great conversations, adventures and concerts. So thankful for this opportunity to have her stay with us.
